Frank Eufemia

VP Family first life

Frank has been serving clients in the Baltimore, Harford and Surrounding Counties since 2010. He specializes in Life Insurance, Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Retirement Preservation and Retirement Protection.

Michael Pfeil

EVP Family first life

Michael has been serving clients in the Baltimore area since 2012. He currently specializes in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense and Retirement Income Planning. 

He is a contributor to the Family First Life blog and many of his articles can be seen here. He has 2 children and has been married for over 25 years. His passion for helping people and his analytical approach to life insurance makes him an asset to the many people he meets with.

Josh Crisp

VP Family first life

10 years in the industry. Started when he was 20 years old fresh out of college. Not really sure what he wanted to do or where he wanted to go but he knew he wanted to impact others, help people and make a lot of money along the way while doing that.

While he was in college, he was living off campus at the university and he had a neighbor whose friend always came over which appeared to be doing well for himself. When asked what he did for a living, he told him he sells life insurance. After discussing the opportunity he knew that it was the right life choice for him. The very next day, he applied for every single position in Craigslist for a life insurance position. He ended up getting a call from the same exact company that he worked for. In his first company, he worked hard and got promoted to the highest position as a managing general agent. At that point, he thought everything was amazing. He didn’t think anything would get in his way to stir him in a different direction.

When he started he did not know what to expect. 8 years later, he ended up getting promoted. What happened is he had an agency with 30-40 agents and he got a call because they hit the specific numbers to get “promoted” They told him he got promoted but he had to give up in order to get up. He had to give up everyone he mentored and lead and he can only take 1-2 people with him. He had to relocate to a different state in order to have that opportunity.

He took a leap of faith. Moved, relocated to North Carolina and had the agency. They did very well but something was not sitting right with him. He saw all these other companies really starting to bloom and blossom and take off. He didn’t feel that company he was with is going to take him anywhere. He also noticed that agents starting out were only compensated with a 40% contract. This means that starting compensation for an agent was only 40% of the first year’s premium. However as he started to explore other options he discovered that Family First Life, entry level contract is no less than 90% contract. 

He took a bigger leap of faith and left the captive side and went to the broker side. He’s been with FFL now and a part of FFL Entourage where he is the senior VP. Because of the team that he’s been able to build with the help of a lot of people,they issue over $600,000 a month in business. When he realized this opportunity is real and people can have that same opportunity as well, he said it was the best decision he made.
